Tim’s used his blog very successfully to promote his book and has a lot of wisdom to share - we spent some time together before Tim launched his book and it’s been great to watch him rise to the success he has now.

It’s not a short video so make sure you have 50 minutes to watch it (or at least listen while you do something else).

By Matthew Loop

One of the major concerns of any Home based Business is, cost. The reason is, economies of scale, which offers a great advantage for large companies is not available to a Home Based Business. Yet, just like a company, the product in a Home based Business has to be marketed and sold. Consequently Home based businesses need a marketing solution, may be a software, that is extremely cheap to use and very simple to implement. iBuzz Pro is one such solution considered to be the best in the industry .

Using voice-broadcasting technology (which is the underlying technology of iBuzz Pro Voice Broadcasting and Voice Blasting Solution) you can contact anyone in the world to showcase your product. Here is how it works: In Step 1, you record a short message highlighting your product or your company using a toll free number. In Step 2, you download a file of phone leads into your new Automatic Voice Broadcasting platform by clicking on the file. In Step 3, you send the message to prospects by pressing the send button. And you are done.

See the advantages: You can get started and make profit in 3 or less than 3 days. Automatic Recruiter does the sifting and sorting for you. There is no need to buy any hardware. There is no need to download any software.

Now, you have sent the message and you are inundated with calls from prospects. They are calling you because they are interested in your business / product and they want to talk to you, but you are not comfortable closing sales on the phone.

Once your message reaches the destination you will naturally be inundated with calls. Now you can close the call, but you may not close the sale on phone for any of the reasons listed here: You do not like to pick up the phone. You don't like closing sales on the phone. You think you cannot sell or you think you are not good at sales. You think you do not know how to sell. You don't like to talk to strangers.

Creative Ideas For Creative Hobbyists - Ever Thought About Creating Your Own Collection Of Handmade Handbags?

By Jane Durkoffen

These days, in order to save some coin, more and more people are looking to pursue hobbies that don't cost a ton of money. One interesting new hobby involves the use of cigar boxes as art. It is the cigar box purse. Cigar box purses are uniquely created fashion accessories that allow you to stand out in a crowd. They draw attention to you and advertise your creative and spontaneous personality.

California seems to be leading the way with accepting this new fashion wave. It is really neat to see something so simple that is usually trashed turned into a unique fashion accessory. The idea is quite simple. Take an empty cigar box and decorate it with photographs, fabric, ribbons and beads. Add decorative hardware like fabric lining, bamboo handles and brass latches and you have got yourself a wonderful little handbag. There is a significant difference between crafting a purse and designing one. It is relatively easy to design one. It is more difficult to build a quality handbag.

The purses, made from wood or paper covered wood are lined with a coordinating fabric and include a vanity mirror for quick touch ups. These boxes sometimes sell for as much as two hundred dollars depending on the rarity of the box and the design concept. You can make each and every bag a special one. Some people like to start with the same basic box style and just modify the final product by using different ornaments, fabric or photographs.

See if you can come up with any other ideas. Cigar box purses aren't the only kind of handmade handbag you can create yourself. Find yourself some quality synthetic fabric and you can make yourself all kinds of different purses for every occasion. You can make yourself a colorful over the shoulder sling bag for those occasions when you've got a lot of things to carry. You could make yourself a sparkling clutch purse for those occasions when you want to wear that little black dress.

Don't stop there. Maybe you could think about creating your own personal coin purse or cosmetic bag. You can create a variety of colorful accessories that other women are bound to inquire about. They will wonder why you always seem to have a different one every time they run into you.

Hobbies should be fun whether you engage in them all by yourself or with a group of friends. Gather a small group of friends together or just one other friend. Enjoy each others company while being productive instead of just going out shopping. In these challenging economic times we need to find new ways of having fun together without spending a ton of money. Creating your own collection of handmade fashion accessories is a perfect opportunity for doing just that.

The Essential Components Of A Successful Network Marketing Business Plan

By Neil Ashworth

Apply these steps to home based businesssuccess and you will start to see your home based business grow in weeks whether you are new to the industry or an old hand. It's a simple formula and one which the top earners all apply so here goes;

The conscious mind

The first thing you need to get right is your mindset and very often this is the last thing people consider when starting out on the long and winding home based business road. Why? Because if you do not see success in your future you will fail.

It's an easy statement to make I know and with so many home based business gurus out there saying the same thing what do they mean?

I guess we all carry baggage of one form or another and what I may be able to work through you may not and equally what holds me back may not be an issue for you when building your MLM opportunity. Whatever it is identify it and move forward leaving it behind.

I watched a video by Randy Gage ,home based business guru, earlier today talking about this very same thing and it confirmed exactly that which I already suspected; we all have our demons and we all have our battles to fight if we are to develop and maintain the right mindset to be successful in the network marketing industry.

It is equally important to have the right attitude.

This may seem similar but in fact it is very different. Attitude is what makes you get out of bed in the morning go to work and come home in the evening ready to start out all over again, building relationships, marketing your business across various social networking sites and following through with your leads and prospects when all you really want to do is drink a nice glass of beer and listen to Bob Dylan for an hour or two.

Your attitude is what will carry your MLM opportunity from door to door and from prospect to prospect until you start to see people joining your business and making the kind of money your efforst deserve.

Your strategic approach

Run a real business in the real business world and it has to have a clear strategy in place to succeed. Here the strategy is growth and this can only be achieved witha clear set of goals and targets from day one.If you don't put the strategy in place to succeed you will join the 95% of other networkers out there running a failing home based business opportunity.

If you are serious about building your home based business the right way from day one you need to treat it as though you had invested a serious amount of money into it and not a few hundred dollars. This is where a lot of network marketers fail and if you want to be successful you need to set goals and objectives as part of your MLM business plan.

Pplan ahead for the first few weeks, the first month and the end of the first year to set goals that you can follow to build your network marketing opportunity.

Look at your budget and define what you can afford to spend on the business to take your network marketing opportunity forward. This is no free ride so get that out there to begin with.

So plan to succeed.

Plan your work and stick to the plan. Decide how many hours you have available each day and week to work on your business and commit those hours to building your network marketing business.

Don't leave this to chance and make sure you put up a wall chart as a clear guide each day to keep you on track. this will help you to focus on your network marketing when there are other distractions around.

Each week leave room to learn new things and ways to market and to work with your existing team to teach them new marketing skills. It's easier to keep team members than find new ones.

Do something about it (ACT!)

The last part is simple and yet powerful. Take small steps and act them out each day, repeatedly over time until you start to see the results of your actions. A lot of marketers make the mistake of coming online, putting out a few articles, posting a few links to their website or running a few ads on Google and then sit back to see whats going to happen.

Want to be on the winning side with the 5% of successful network marketing opportunity owners then serious action over time is required. Acquire the knowledge and apply it.

Happy 4th of July!

Wavingflag "America is an idea, but it's an idea that brings with it some baggage, like power brings responsibility. It's an idea that brings with it equality, but equality even though it's the highest calling, is the hardest to reach. The idea that anything is possible, that's one of the reasons why I'm a fan of America. It's like hey, look there's the moon up there, let's take a walk on it, bring back a piece of it. That's the kind of America that I'm a fan of."

- Bono (1960-), Irish Singer and Musician

Me, too.

Happy 4th of July to my fellow Americans and anyone who lives by the ideals of personal freedom and self-determination.

Completes Black Belt Training for Lean Six Sigma

I recently received my Black Belt after completing a 140-hour extensive Lean Six Sigma training program. Six Sigma is an integrated, disciplined proven approach for improving business performance. The training was through Six Sigma.us a leading consulting and certification firm supporting companies implementing the Six Sigma Process.

The Lean Six Sigma Training addressed understanding the physics of flow, waste components, statistical process control, theory of constraints and the principles of DMAIC. The online program offered workshop is highly interactive as you apply each principle through real-life type examples. The use of statistical software, Minitab and Sigma XL, was covered in the course.

I was looking for some practical training that would give me a solid foundation to not only Lean and Six Sigma but Minitab and SigmaXL. I felt that many of the other programs were more clinical or textbook style. SixSigma.us broke down the subject and especially the statistical side of the equation very well. As an added bonus, I came away with some very practical ideas on how I could improve my organization. I have been a do-it-yourselfer for many years. In the 90’s, I was heavily involved with the Theory of Constraints but for the past ten years I became immersed in Lean and Six Sigma. After wetting my feet last fall with Yellow Belt Training, I decided to validate my experience with a Black Belt.
